Procurement Paths

How your agency can buy from us

Three routes, depending on dollar value and whether you're setting the requirement aside. If you're not sure which applies, send the solicitation and we'll tell you.

Path 01

Direct purchase

For requirements under the simplified acquisition threshold, agencies can buy directly without a formal competitive process. We accept the Government Purchase Card for micro-purchase orders.

Path 02

Small business set-asides

We are a small business under our NAICS codes, so we can receive awards under small business set-aside solicitations and count toward your agency's small business contracting goals. Federal purchases between the micro-purchase and simplified acquisition thresholds are automatically reserved for small business when two or more can compete. Legacy Brothers INC is veteran-owned.

Path 03

School districts & public entities

We hold purchase orders with intermediate school districts, county agencies and state departments, and work within each entity's own purchasing rules — tax-exempt billing, FOB destination with freight prepaid, and Net 30 terms as standard.

Path 04

Subcontract to your prime

We work as a subcontractor on large-volume awards and can support a prime's small business subcontracting plan. Send us the prime's requirement and we'll price the build package.
