Mobile medical & dental units

Clinical space that goes to the patient.

A treatment room that arrives on a trailer — imaging installed and powered, water and waste handled, surfaces that wipe down. For health departments, school-based programmes, community clinics and outreach providers reaching people who won’t travel to a chair.

Questions

What people ask before they order

Who buys mobile dental units?

County and state health departments, school-based dental programmes, federally qualified health centres, correctional health systems, non-profit outreach providers and private mobile dentistry operators. Most are reaching populations that can’t easily travel to a fixed clinic.

Can it be built to our state’s clinical requirements?

That’s how we’d rather do it. Clinical and licensing requirements for mobile dental facilities are set at state level and vary considerably — surfaces, water systems, waste handling and imaging shielding are the usual differences. Send us your state board’s requirements at quote stage and we build to them rather than to a generic standard.

Do you install the dental equipment or do we?

Either. We routinely install chairs, delivery units, suction and imaging as part of the build, and we can equally build the shell, services and finishes and leave equipment installation to your own supplier.

How long will it take?

120 to 240 days from a signed order, depending on the configuration and how much equipment has to be sourced. If you have a fixed date, tell us at quote stage and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it rather than promising and missing.

What deposit is required and when is the balance due?

60% deposit to start the build, balance in full at pickup or before delivery. Financing is available if you need it. Government and school district orders work differently: tax-exempt billing, FOB destination, and Net 30 terms as standard.

Can you deliver to my state?

Yes. We deliver nationwide using our own insured team rather than a third-party carrier, so the people who built the unit are the people who hand it over. We’ve delivered from our Georgia facility to Illinois, Oregon and Michigan.

What does the warranty cover?

One year on structure, components and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are transferred to you, and several of those run longer than a year.

Can I see it during the build?

Yes. We send progress photos as standard, and you’re welcome at the shop by arrangement. You approve the layout drawing before we start, so there are no surprises at handover.
