Refrigerated & specialty units
Cold that holds when the power doesn’t.
Insulated boxes with onboard generation, built to hold temperature in the field rather than in a warehouse. For emergency management, medical examiners, processors and anyone whose load has a temperature it must not leave.

Refrigerated trailers, cold storage and hanging
Insulated boxes with front-mounted condensing units and shore power, configured for palletised cold storage or overhead hanging rails.

Questions
What people ask before they order
What capacity can you build for mass fatality response?
The Oregon Department of Emergency Management unit holds up to 24 decedents on two lines of e-track mounted racks in a 7 by 24 foot trailer, and maintains 35°F in 110°F ambient. Larger and smaller are both straightforward — tell us your planning figure and we size the box and the refrigeration to it.
Can this be bought with FEMA or state emergency management grant funding?
Frequently, yes. Our Oregon unit was procured by a state emergency management department and delivered to a county. Grant rules vary by programme, so tell us the funding source at quote stage — federal funding may trigger Buy American and domestic content requirements that affect how we specify the build.
Do you build for game and meat processing as well?
Yes. Same insulated box and refrigeration, different rack system — overhead galvanised rails with hooks instead of trays. Processors, butchers and event caterers use the same unit.
How long will it take?
120 to 240 days from a signed order, depending on the configuration and how much equipment has to be sourced. If you have a fixed date, tell us at quote stage and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it rather than promising and missing.
What deposit is required and when is the balance due?
60% deposit to start the build, balance in full at pickup or before delivery. Financing is available if you need it. Government and school district orders work differently: tax-exempt billing, FOB destination, and Net 30 terms as standard.
Can you deliver to my state?
Yes. We deliver nationwide using our own insured team rather than a third-party carrier, so the people who built the unit are the people who hand it over. We’ve delivered from our Georgia facility to Illinois, Oregon and Michigan.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on structure, components and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are transferred to you, and several of those run longer than a year.
Can I see it during the build?
Yes. We send progress photos as standard, and you’re welcome at the shop by arrangement. You approve the layout drawing before we start, so there are no surprises at handover.
