Questions
What people ask before they order
Can you build ADA-compliant units?
Yes. Grab bars, wider stalls, level thresholds and ramp or lift entry are all standard options. Requirements vary with the setting and the funding source, so tell us the applicable standard at quote stage and we build to it.
Are these suitable for disaster deployment?
That’s one of the main uses. Base camps and staging areas need welfare facilities before almost anything else. We build for grid-independent running with generator and tank capacity sized to the deployment length, and we deliver nationwide with our own team.
How long will it take?
120 to 240 days from a signed order, depending on the configuration and how much equipment has to be sourced. If you have a fixed date, tell us at quote stage and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can hit it rather than promising and missing.
What deposit is required and when is the balance due?
60% deposit to start the build, balance in full at pickup or before delivery. Financing is available if you need it. Government and school district orders work differently: tax-exempt billing, FOB destination, and Net 30 terms as standard.
Can you deliver to my state?
Yes. We deliver nationwide using our own insured team rather than a third-party carrier, so the people who built the unit are the people who hand it over. We’ve delivered from our Georgia facility to Illinois, Oregon and Michigan.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on structure, components and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are transferred to you, and several of those run longer than a year.
Can I see it during the build?
Yes. We send progress photos as standard, and you’re welcome at the shop by arrangement. You approve the layout drawing before we start, so there are no surprises at handover.
